Payments: All orders require a 50% non-refundable down payment at time order is placed. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the event date. If order is place within two weeks of event, payment must be paid in full. Cakes by Lisa, LLC can accepts payment through Square, PayPal, cash, or check.

Refunds: Baked goods such as cakes, cookies, cake pops, and cupcakes are perishable, all sales are final. Cakes by Lisa, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.

Every one’s taste is different. I do have measures in place to ensure that products that pass though my door are delicious and taste as they should.  Cakes by Lisa, LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders merely because you do not like the taste.

Pickups: All pick-ups must be scheduled in accordance with City of Kennewick rules and regulations. Early or late pick-ups may be accommodated if you let us know in advance. All Saturday orders must be picked up by 2pm, unless otherwise scheduled. Cakes by Lisa, LLC is NOT responsible for any products that are damaged due to customer handling, storage, weather, or other situation after baked goods have been handed to customer or delivered.

Monday thru Friday 5pm - 6pm

Saturday 10am - 2pm

All pick-ups are by appointment only

Pre-Order Pick ups: Pre-order sales are scheduled for a specific date and time for pick up. If that date/time doesn’t work with your schedule, I’m happy to reschedule your pick up on the next available pick up date. You must contact Cakes By Lisa to schedule. Orders not picked up 24 hours after the scheduled pick up times will be considered abandoned.

No refunds or credits will be applied for abandoned orders.

Delivery: Orders may be delivered based on availability. There will be a minimum charge of $25 based on round trip miles from Cakes By Lisa, LLC to the venue.

Shipping: Cottage Food Bakeries are not permitted to ship their products. No shipping is currently available. 

Allergies: Our products may come in contact with allergens such as: eggs, nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, and pecans, peanuts, soy, milk, wheat, and coconut.

Cakes By Lisa, LLC operates under the Cottage Food Operation Permit in Washington State
